InLoop Ltd. and its affiliates (“Company” or “we”) respect the privacy of its subscribers (“User” or “ you”) and are committed to protect the User's information. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our Industry Tracker service that enables you to create personalized news feed which will help you to stay up-to-date with all the industry news you most interested in and follow respective vendors ("Exhibitors") that you have interest in (the "Service"). The Service is available on our site at http://www.wpa.myindustrytracker.com (the “Site”) and you can sign up to it with your Linkedin, Twitter or Facebook social account or with your email address.

2. Which information we may collect on our Users?
There are two types of data and information we may collect:
2.1 Non-personal Information. The first type is non-identifiable and anonymous information. To put it simply, we have no idea what is the identity of the User from which we have collected the Non-personal Information. Non-personal Information which is being gathered consists of technical information and behavioral information.
Technical information :
- Type of operation system.
- Screen resolution.
- IP address.
Behavioral information :
- The activities of the User on the Service (e.g. which products/categories is he/she interested in, etc.).
- User's behavior on our Facebook application (e.g. items clicked on, last login date, etc.).
- Any Similar behavioral information.
2.2 Personal Information. The other type of information we may collect is individually identifiable information. To put it simply, this information may identify an individual or is of a private and/or sensitive nature such as name and address. Personal Information which is being gathered consists of any personal details provided (i) voluntarily by the User during registration to the Service through the Site and/or any kind of Social Network (such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.) which is using Single Sign-On mechanisms (as shall be further explained below); or (ii) provided by exhibition organizers ("Organizers") who collect Personal Information of visitors in its exhibitions and store it within its community database.
2.2.1 Registration to the Service. The registration to our Service is done by either (i) through the Site, by logging on to the Site or performing a registration to the Service specifically; or, (ii) registration through Social Network provided you hold an active account on such Network (see below registration through Facebook).
2.2.2 Information collected during the registration process through the Site. During registration we shall collect your name, email address, address, phone number, etc.
2.2.3 Information from Facebook: When you connect to the Service through Facebook for the first time, you will be asked to permit Facebook to share with the Service the following information about you:
- Your first and last name;
- Your profile picture or its URL;
- Your Gender;
- the user ID numbers of your Facebook friends, whether or not such friends are connected to the Service;
- information in your profile's “About Me” section;
- your date of birth;
- your email;
- your online/offline presence in the social network as well as the online/offline presence of your Facebook friends;
- Your living location and hometown as specified in your Facebook profile.
- Any other information you have made public on Facebook.
Please note: by using our Service through any other Social Networks (e.g. Twitter, Linkedin) we'll receive your basic information, similar to the list specified above, in accordance with your privacy preferences at such Social Network.
3. How do we collect information on our Users?
There are a few main methods we use:
(a) We collect information while you access or use the Service. In other words, when you access or use the Service we are aware of your usage of the Service, and may gather, collect and record the information relating to such usage. For example, when you are interested in a specific Exhibitor we will know about it and collect that information.
(b) We collect information which you voluntarily provided Organizers and permitted them to provide us.
(c) When you wish to connect to the Service through Social Networks, such Social Network will ask you to allow it to provide us with certain basic information about you, as described above.
4. Registration on the Site
When you enter our Site, click on the "Create your news feed". You will then be required to complete the registration process, through the Site or a Social Network by providing us some of your Personal Information (as specified above).
As part of the registration on the Site, you will create a profile compatible with your personal interests while choosing the categories, exhibitors and topics that you are interested in receiving news feeds and updates about.
5. What are the purposes of the collection of information?
(a) Non-personal Information is collected in order to:
- Enhance the User's experience on the Service.
Learn about the preferences of Users and general trends on the Service (e.g. understand which products and/or Exhibitors are more popular than others).
(b) Personal Information is collected in order to:
- Enable the overall operation of the Service.
- Personalize your experience on the Service.
- Provide you with certain information and services available only to registered Users.
- Allow us to contact you with proposals and tailored information regarding new products, exhibitions, events, offers, services, etc.
- Identify you when conducting customer service operations (such as providing feedback, etc.).
- Allow you to register for special offers, contests or premium services, as may be.
6. Sharing Personal Information with Third Parties
We share Personal Information only in the following cases:
Please note: we may also share some Personal Information with Exhibitors you track through the Service, such as: name, company name, country of residence, and a link to your Social profile. This information is given to Exhibitors to inform them that you are tracking their news. We don’t share your email address or phone number with Exhibitors.
8. Modifications or Deletion of Personal Information
If for any reason you wish to modify or delete your Personal Information provided to the Service, please notify us at: info@InLoop.com and we will amend your Personal Information within reasonable time upon your request. Deleing your Personal Information from our databases shall be done after your request to un-list yourself from our databases and cease the Service at: info@InLoop.com.
9. Cookies & Local Storage
When you access or use the Service, Company may use industry-wide technologies such as "cookies" and Flash (or similar technologies), which stores certain information on your computer ("Local Storage") and which will allow us to enable automatic activation of certain features, and make your Service experience much more convenient and effortless. The cookies used by the Service are created per session, does not include any information about you, other than your session key and are removed as your session ends (usually after 24 hours). It is easy to prohibit the Local Storage. Most browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your computer's hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. In order to erase or disable the Local Storage option in Flash you should use the settings option of Flash according to the specific instructions provided by the technology provider. However, if you block or erase cookies, or change the settings of Flash, your online experience may be limited.
We also use certain third-party cookies. These are a different kind of cookies, stored on your computer by third parties, rather than by the Company (for example see Section 6 regarding Advertising). This kind of cookie is only read (and not altered by the Service) each time you visit the Service, and also when you visit certain websites or applications that uses similar cookies. Third-party cookies usually store only a Non-personal Information, such as the web pages you have visited, the duration of your browsing, etc.
We take a great care in maintaining the security of the Service and your information and in preventing unauthorized access to it through industry standard technologies and internal procedures, including through the use of tokens and encryption mechanisms. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
