Menomonie, Wis.-based Vets Plus Inc. has been nominated for the 28th Annual Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Award. The Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year Award program is an annual recognition of excellence in manufacturing. It celebrates the successes of manufacturers in the state, including their innovations, philanthropy, technological advances, and commitment to customer satisfaction and quality jobs. Award winners will be announced Feb. 25.
Vets Plus has recently expanded its manufacturing capacity in Dunn County, adding 40,000 square feet of warehouse and packaging space to meet the needs of its customers.

This is the first year that Vets Plus has been considered for Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year. Past awards and recognition that Vets Plus has received include the Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year, Pet Age Icon Award and NASC Visibility Award.
